A soil conditioning agent mined from sedimentary deposits.

What is it ?

Gypsum is a sulfate mineral mined from the mineral deposits from the evaporation of ancient sea beds. It is used as a soil conditioner and does not change the pH of soil. It conditions the substrate by making sulfate available to calcium and magnesium changing the structure heavy clay soils to increase their water holding capacity.
